We are seeking a skilled and motivated Wax Specialist to join our team at European Wax Center. As a Wax Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair removal services to our guests, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality hair removal services that meet guest needs and expectations
  • Follow established protocols for personalized sessions and recommend home-care regimens to achieve desired results
  • Recommend and educate guests on the importance of future appointments, additional services, wax passes, and retail products
  • Responsible for maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals
  • Responsible for educating guests on current in-center promotions
Requirements:
  • Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
  • Positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights and weekends
  • Understanding of and commitment to EWC Core Values
  • Sales experience preferred
