Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Direct Care Professional to join our team at Devereux Pocono Center. As a Direct Care Professional, you will play a critical role in providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferred
  • Valid driver's license
