  • **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts before final implementation.
  • **User Experience (UX) Collaboration**: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform the design process.
  • **Style Guides and Design Systems**: Develop and maintain style guides or design systems that provide guidelines for consistent design elements, interactions, and brand elements.
  • **Usability Testing**: Conduct or participate in usability testing to gather feedback and insights on design effectiveness and make iterative improvements.
  • **Accessibility**: Ensure designs are accessible to users with disabilities, following accessibility guidelines and best practices.
  • **Iterative Design**: Embrace an iterative design approach, refining and evolving designs based on user feedback and testing.

Requirements

  • **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.
  • **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience working on Brand and Marketing campaigns.
  • **Education**: Degree or Diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • **Skills**: Proficient in graphic design principles, including layout, composition, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital products.
  • **Design Software**: Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.
