Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel brand housekeeping standards and report any safety or security concerns.
  • Oversee the procurement of supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to guarantee compliance with brand standards.
  • Monitor linen control processes and evaluate the quality of laundry services on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field, ideally within a hotel environment.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
