Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Surgeon to fill a challenging Transplant Surgery position in Vermont.

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Surgeon to join our team at Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Transplant Surgery and be able to work effectively with our staff in Burlington, VT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Transplant Surgery procedures, including kidney transplants without recipient nephrectomy
  • Collaborate with the on-call Transplant Coordinator to bring transplant candidates into the hospital for potential transplantation
  • Rounding on transplant patients in the hospital less than 90 days from transplant in collaboration with the Transplant Nephrologist
  • Work with IP staff, Tx Nephrologist, and Tx NP to facilitate patient throughput
Requirements
  • Current VT License
  • Board Certification in Transplant Surgery (ASTS)
  • BLS and ACLS certification
