At The University of Vermont Health Network, we are seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) and Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAA) to join our esteemed anesthesia care team. This is a per diem opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care and support in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.

This role plays a crucial part in the delivery of high-quality patient care, involving administering anesthesia, conducting patient assessments, executing and monitoring anesthesia care plans, and ensuring optimal outcomes through effective teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Possessing relevant Vermont license and certification by appropriate boards (NBCRNA for CRNA, NCCAA for CAA).
  • Holding a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; Master's degree from an accredited CRNA or CAA program.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of medication safety and adherence to compliance protocols.

Important Information:

  • This position reports to the Clinical Coordinator/Lead of Anesthesiology APP Practice and the Business Director of Anesthesiology.
  • The role may involve exposure to infectious agents and requires adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
