Job Title: Program Manager

River Edge Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of behavioral health services for our minor clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and implement compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines for all funding and credentialing bodies.
  • Provide individual and family therapy in and out of clinics to youth with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.
  • Complete behavioral health assessments for child and adolescent clients seen in the clinic.
  • Monitor budgets, authorizations, billing, staffing patterns, and productivity, and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Implement changes in program standards as required or needed.
  • Ensure all reports are completed and submitted appropriately.
  • Monitor training records and ensure training for staff meets requirements.
  • Attend and participate in all required meetings and committees.
  • Professionally meet and network with community partners.
  • Provide clinical supervision to assigned agency staff.
  • Help plan and coordinate agency holiday and back-to-school events for clients.
  • Complete weekly timesheets for designated staff.
  • Attend leadership meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in the behavioral health field, with full licensure such as LAMFT, LMFT, LAPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW.
  • At least four years of providing behavioral health services is preferred.
  • At least four years of community service board experience is preferred.
  • At least two years of relevant supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with the chronically mentally ill population.
  • Must have the ability to design, develop, and modify programming.
  • Must have strong clinical skills and supervisory skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to multi-task and remain organized.
  • Must be able to interact with community partners and give presentations detailing River Edge services.
