Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This nursing role involves providing direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans of care that address patient goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Nursing or higher degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with flexibility to meet the twenty-four-hour needs of patients.
  • Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
