Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Cardiac Care Specialist at TotalMed.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Assess Patients: Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs, ensuring accurate assessments and timely interventions.
  • Provide Individualized Care: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care measures, promoting healthy lifestyles and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Current RN License: Possess an active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
  • Telemetry Experience: Demonstrate experience working in telemetry units, with a proven track record of providing high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families.
