We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
- Kitchen Operations and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation.
- Menu Development and Execution: Work with our culinary team to develop and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers.
- Taste and Quality Control: Taste and evaluate the quality of our food products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including equipment and utensils.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Skills: Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
