Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Ethics Program, including the Code of Conduct, conflicts of interest, and business courtesies disclosures
  • Develop and oversee ethics programming, training, awareness, and outreach
  • Assess and develop programming to maintain Fannie Mae's ethical culture
  • Identify trends, emerging risks, and insights from ethics data
  • Prepare Ethics Program materials for the Board of Directors and executive leadership
Requirements
  • 8 years of ethics program experience
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and strong written and oral communication skills
