  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices in ammonia refrigeration maintenance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate math and computer skills.
  • Basic understanding of ammonia refrigeration equipment and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours.
  • Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to ammonia refrigeration equipment.
  • May be exposed to heat (99°F, 37°C) and cold (45°F, 4°C).
  • Exposure to wet and dusty environments.
  • Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
  • Work around raw, live animal odors.
