Our focus on excellence and innovation enables us to assist High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), independent contractors, S-Corporations, partnerships, and trusts in refining their tax strategies.

We are on the lookout for a highly qualified and driven Senior Tax Manager to spearhead our team in providing outstanding tax consulting services to our clients.

We embrace flexibility, with many staff members working from home on certain days. The expectation is to execute tasks effectively, and once a new hire is well-integrated into their management role, they will have the autonomy to manage their team, typically working three days in the office and two days remotely.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals in delivering high-quality tax consulting services to clients, including HNWIs, independent contractors, S-Corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

2. Provide expert advice and strategic tax planning to clients, addressing their specific tax situations and goals.

3. Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax regulations.

4. Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, proactively applying this knowledge to client engagements. Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing existing relationships and developing new ones.
5. Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex tax issues, providing well-supported recommendations to clients.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
7. Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

8. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations, to acquire new clients and expand services to existing clients.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree and CPA preferred.

2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in tax consulting, focusing on serving HNWIs, independent contractors, S-Corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

3. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
4. Proven experience in managing and leading a team of tax professionals.
