  • Working collaboratively with both internal and external auditors during financial and tax review processes.
  • Offering mentorship and assistance to junior tax professionals and other finance personnel.
  • Staying informed about the latest tax legislation and regulations to ensure adherence.
  • Contributing to tax planning efforts that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Generating tax reports and forecasts for executive management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a tax accounting capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in tax provision income is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, as well as federal and state tax regulations.
  • Proven ability to perform complex tax research and analysis.
  • Familiarity with tax software and financial management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism.
