Business Development Representative

City Wide Facility Solutions, a leading management company in the building maintenance industry, is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our CBS Division. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth while enjoying a positive work atmosphere.
As a Sales Executive with City Wide, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and qualifying potential clients. You will manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals, and making presentations. Your success will depend on your ability to win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals. Additionally, you will continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, and winning business.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction industry. They must have a demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales, project or construction management experience, and proficiency in CRM systems. The successful candidate will also possess strong closing skills, an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to facilitate presentations or one-to-one meetings. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with uncapped earning potential.
