Job Description

Silfab Solar is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lean Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Continuous Improvement department, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure process performance and track progress
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and practices
  • Identify and implement best practices from industry leaders and benchmarking studies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure alignment with Lean Six Sigma goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, business, operations management)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a process improvement or operations management role
  • Proven track record of implementing Lean Six Sigma projects and achieving significant improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
