Immunology Specialist Job Description

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immunology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for implementing sales plans and delivering proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals within an assigned territory.
  • Utilize marketing and selling materials to engage with specialty physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary.
  • Must live within the assigned territory or within territory boundaries.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Recent experience in the geography with local market knowledge and existing relationships with target prescribers.
  • Documented history and proven track record of sales success.
