Position Overview


The Asset Management Coordinator (AMC) plays a crucial role in supporting the Asset Division by generating and monitoring reports, documenting processes, and coordinating operational strategies.

This individual will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, emphasizing operational and procedural efficiencies through analysis and collaboration.

The AMC will report to the Asset Maintenance Lead (AML) and will closely collaborate with the AML to drive growth in our trailer acquisition and management efforts. This role will involve significant interaction with the Finance Department, Information Technology, Safety & Compliance, and all INC teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate repair and maintenance vendors
- Diagnose trailer breakdown issues via communication channels
- Manage daily data input and oversight using various technologies
- Record and update asset acquisitions, statuses, and locations
- Monitor and report compliance with registration and insurance
- Track and trace daily operations
- Gather information, collaborate with teams and leadership, and provide feedback
- Communicate updates to INC and DFS teams
- Optimize organizational practices through automation and efficiency, continuously striving for improvement
- Perform miscellaneous administrative and clerical tasks
