We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Deep Learning Engineer to join our team at KLA. As a key member of our Global Products Group, you will be responsible for designing and deploying cutting-edge Deep Learning models for image processing and computer vision applications in our semiconductor process control business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI sub-system components for product features
  • Lead and coach junior engineers in designing and implementing AI sub-system components
  • Collaborate with global peers across functions to drive innovation and excellence
  • Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art Deep Learning and Computer Vision algorithms
  • Develop and optimize Deep Learning models for specific feature requests
  • Evaluate and validate the performance of Deep Learning models
Requirements
  • PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related quantitative fields
  • 3+ years of industrial experience in applying Deep Learning on real-world problems with impactful results
  • In-depth experience in at least one of the modeling areas including Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, LLMs, Vision Foundation Model, GenAI, Multi-Modal Modeling, etc.
  • In-depth experience in at least one of the application fields including Computer Vision, Image Processing, Video Processing, Robotics, NLP, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one additional programming language
  • Proficiency in at least one Deep Learning framework
