About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our professional Sales Management team at Jordan's Furniture. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of commissioned retail sales consultants and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in training, supervising, motivating, and evaluating Commissioned Retail Sales Consultants in the Store.
  • Observe, coach, and work on the sales floor with Sales Consultants to develop and improve staff selling skills to their fullest potential.
  • Oversee Sales Consultants to ensure that optimal levels of customer service are met.
  • Effectively interact in person and on the telephone with customers and various departments in the resolution of sales orders and customer situations.
  • Train and update Sales Consultants on all products, store policies, and analyze daily business to ensure efficient operations.
  • Work with Sr. Managers to meet or exceed established sales volume goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year management/Lead experience.
  • Minimum 1- 3 years sales experience (commission preferred).
  • Strong multi-tasking, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate, lead and direct others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and competitive environment.
