Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage practice reception, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with veterinary medical records requirements.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments, as well as manage accounts and perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing client correspondence, and sending reminder notices.
  • Perform backup of computer system and oversee daily business posting.

Requirements:
