Description:
The corporate communications team at Mindlance is responsible for managing global public relations, internal communications, social media, and social impact. We're seeking a PR professional with experience in public relations, social media, writing, and buzz marketing to help grow our product PR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling. They will partner closely with the Product Marketing team and be expected to understand and memorize in-depth technical information on client's products.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams in the US and internationally, devising and executing PR and Influencer Marketing initiatives, monitoring news and buzz coverage, tracking earned media value, writing internal reports and PR copy, creating presentation decks, and managing relationships with external partners.
Qualifications include a minimum of 6 years' experience in public relations or journalism with at least 3 years of in-house PR experience. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with media and influencers across technology, entertainment, sports, and/or fashion/beauty. They will be able to handle multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. The ability to travel frequently (both domestically and internationally) is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Communications or Journalism is preferred.
