As part of the Hardware team, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing FPGA-based solutions to enhance the performance of their trading systems, focusing on reducing latency and increasing throughput.


In this role, you will work closely with trading strategists, verification engineers, and software developers to design and develop custom FPGA solutions that improve the speed and reliability of our algorithmic trading platform. This is a unique opportunity to apply your FPGA design expertise in a challenging and rewarding financial environment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FPGA design & SystemVerilog with a thorough understanding of the language both for synthesis and verification.
  • Good knowledge of C and C++ and how to use them to communicate with hardware.
  • Understanding of high-speed networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, Ethernet, and other low-latency network protocols) and experience with network interfacing on FPGAs.
  • A solid understanding of latency optimization techniques and strategies for high-performance systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficient and creative solutions to complex challenges.
