Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Expert to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow design and development, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field. They will also have a minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow architecture experience and at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a senior Architect. The candidate should have strong consultative background in enterprise environments and have worked closely with leadership on high visibility program-based initiatives. They should also have experience in creating technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases and be proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to formulate and articulate technical vision. They should also have excellent written and oral communication skills and a proven track record in delivering complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages is required. The candidate should also have a demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for clients
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
• Develop and maintain large-scale ServiceNow applications and systems
• Formulate and articulate technical vision for ServiceNow projects
• Gather and document technical requirements for ServiceNow projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow architecture experience
• At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a senior Architect
