Document Control Specialist

Vaco is seeking a highly detail-oriented Document Control Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for sorting, opening, and preparing mail, as well as filing documents that have been scanned.
Key Responsibilities- Sort and open mail, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Prepare and scan documents, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Review and classify documents to ensure accuracy in scanning
- Validate documents to confirm correct classification and input necessary information
- Assemble mailings into correct envelopes with necessary additives
- Operate pallet jack, folding machine, and printer with ease
- High degree of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with technology
