Job Details
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA certification is highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Proficient in Excel
- Familiarity with General Partner fund structures

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of all financial statement closing processes.
- Manage and prepare all investor reporting requirements.
- Administer and prepare financial accounts for General Partner Funds and other upper-tier entities.
- Prepare and review daily cash management, accounts receivable, and financial projections.
- Prepare and review monthly revenue entries.
- Record recurring journal entries and necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and review monthly close reconciliations and assigned schedules.
- Conduct primary review of quarterly management fees, incentive fees, and origination fee invoices.
