About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist I to join our team at Bassett Healthcare Network. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medication orders according to established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor medication therapies and provide input on therapies and regimens for individual patients.
  • Interact with providers and other healthcare professionals to review and evaluate the effectiveness of medications.
  • Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel in a respectful manner.
  • Ensure compliance with NYS laws and regulations, as well as network policies and accreditation guidelines.
Requirements
  • 5-year degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, required.
  • Must maintain all requirements, including continuing education, as mandated by the New York State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Minimum one year experience as a registered pharmacist, preferred.

Pay Range

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.

Pay Range Minimum: USD $58.00/Hr.

Pay Range Maximum: USD $75.40/Hr.
