We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and delivering a great experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor food preparation and serving areas to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage profit and loss of Food and Beverage operations, working closely with the sales team to ensure meeting spaces are properly supplied and maintained.
  • Coordinate meal planning and menu management with the corporate team.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on administrative duties, including tracking expenses, maintaining profitability, and invoice input.
  • Maintain inventory of the Food and Beverage Department, managing budgeting, food costs, and coding invoices.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for career growth and development through training classes, workshops, and conferences.

Requirements include an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, 3 years of experience in a beverage/food outlet, and previous supervisory experience.
