Acts as the main point of contact for all walk-in clients, treating each with respect and courtesy.
Maintains and enhances relationships with both new and existing customers.

Responds to parts or automotive inquiries in a manner that provides the best customer experience while offering optimal solutions for their needs.


Sales Performance:
Delivers pricing, product details, lead time information, and updates to clients as required.
Conducts retail transactions and ensures timely closure of open invoices.
Develops new clientele and consistently works to increase the customer base.
Regularly manages existing orders to minimize potential issues affecting customer satisfaction.
Follows up on quotes and leads through preferred communication methods.
Encourages innovative approaches to sales processes.
Meets established sales objectives.
Handles incoming sales calls effectively.
Provides formal and informal quotes as necessary.
Administrative Duties:
Accurately enters orders into the system, adhering to timelines to expedite processing.
Supports the Sales team in fulfilling customer pickup orders.
Processes payments accurately to close out invoices.
Maintains the cash drawer and follows proper procedures for daily reconciliation.
Follows up on warranty and core returns to resolve open issues.
Utilizes technology in the sales process as needed.
Reports daily communications to the Regional Sales Manager.
Professional Conduct:
Presents oneself in a professional manner.
Maintains integrity in cash handling practices.
Communicates effectively with all departments involved in production and order fulfillment while keeping a customer-focused approach.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensures a clean and organized work environment at the sales counter.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
Experience handling cash and credit transactions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a commitment to professionalism in all interactions.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
Maintains composure and positivity under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
