VP, Total Rewards Executive

About the Role
This leadership position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for leading the company's total rewards strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with experience in both broad-based and executive compensation. They will partner with the People Team and Rewards team to strengthen compensation plans, develop rewards and payroll team members, and build relationships with HR and recruiting teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA or JD a plus
- 12+ years of experience in compensation, equity plans, benefits, and HR systems and reporting
- Public company experience required
- Exceptional business judgment, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
