Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute care environment.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient information and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire or New Mexico Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year RN experience.
