As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of experienced employees in a specialized residential and support group for adolescents and young adults (ages 16 to 27).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team to provide holistic care and support to young people, promoting their independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each young person, focusing on household management, self-care, social skills, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment that encourages young people to participate in sports, leisure activities, and other interests.
