Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Healthcare Provider to join our team at The GW Medical Faculty Associates. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in nursing or a related field and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing evaluations and problem identification of patients, conducting history and physical examinations, writing prescriptions, and interpreting laboratory data and radiological tests. They will also be responsible for monitoring patient status and response to treatments, documenting findings in the medical record, and recommending appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Master's degree in nursing or a related field and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. They must also be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk for long periods of time in a clinical setting and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull over 100 lbs. as part of the role.
