Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team at Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that showcases the mission, values, and culture of our organization.

• Develop and edit high-quality videos, photographs, and written content to engage internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Corporate Communications team to develop video concepts and manage video production from start to finish.
• Create a consistent weekly schedule of social media content focusing on the Goodwill mission and our services.
• Develop and curate mission storytelling content for social channels and the Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest website/blog.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead, Designer, and Workforce and Family Services team to curate content that is beneficial to program participants.
• Collect program updates quarterly and provide to the Designer and Marketing Lead for updates to print and digital program information.
• Serve as an active member of the Marketing and Corporate Communications team, contributing to staff meetings, brand and reputation management, planning, and operational plan development and execution.

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass a background and driver record check and have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance.
