Job Title: Content Creator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team at Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos, photographs, and written content to engage our internal and external audiences with the mission, values, and culture of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Film and edit videos for various projects, utilizing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Manage video production from start to finish, collaborating with the VP of Marketing, Marketing Lead, and Learning and Development team to develop video concepts.
* Create a consistent weekly schedule of social media content focusing on the Goodwill mission and our Goodwill services, topics, and partners aligned with our mission.
* Develop and curate mission storytelling content (written and visual) multiple times a week for social channels and 4 spotlight stories each month for our website/blog.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Lead, Designer, WFS Program Managers, and Administrative Services Manager to curate content that is beneficial to program participants for WFS GBS monitors.

Requirements:

* Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must pass a background and driver record check and have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance.
