Videographer Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Videographer to join our team at Two Barrels LLC. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our marketing websites, recruiting content, and internal training. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments and team members to determine the overall vision of projects and storyboard the production of content. You will be involved at every stage of the process, from ideation to publishing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative solutions for addressing marketing initiatives and strategic goals through audiovisual assets.
  • Work with the training and recruiting department to produce the desired content.
  • Coordinate pre-production and production plans, execute shoots on site/on location, and oversee audio, camera operation, lighting, and talent directions.
  • Complete all editing to produce the final product and implement feedback from various sources as necessary.
  • Ensure brand standards are observed, and consistency and relevancy are maintained in production.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in video production, digital media, media production, or a related field, or equivalent proven work experience in content creation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engaging videography and editing.
  • Portfolio demonstrating familiarity with all stages of video production.
  • Passionate, positive, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure task completion.
  • Ability to work with other team members to produce video content.
