- Oversee and address IT Help Desk support inquiries (including calls, emails, chats, tickets, and in-person visits) for all personnel within the organization.
- Communicate effectively to troubleshoot and resolve user challenges, coordinating with both internal and external resources as necessary.
- Document all issues, communications, and resolutions within the Ticketing System.
- Develop documentation for frequently encountered issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team for the escalation of complex user or system challenges.
- Support the IT department with various projects as required.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours assistance for urgent matters.
- Continuously learn and familiarize oneself with the IT environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience is essential for this role.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and thoroughness in work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to changes and devise solutions for common issues.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and information security principles.
- Willingness to be available for on-call and off-hours support as needed.
- Regular travel to various locations is required.
