  • Oversee and address IT Help Desk support inquiries (including calls, emails, chats, tickets, and in-person visits) for all personnel within the organization.
  • Communicate effectively to troubleshoot and resolve user challenges, coordinating with both internal and external resources as necessary.
  • Document all issues, communications, and resolutions within the Ticketing System.
  • Develop documentation for frequently encountered issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team for the escalation of complex user or system challenges.
  • Support the IT department with various projects as required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours assistance for urgent matters.
  • Continuously learn and familiarize oneself with the IT environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience is essential for this role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and thoroughness in work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to changes and devise solutions for common issues.
  • Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and information security principles.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call and off-hours support as needed.
  • Regular travel to various locations is required.

Physical Requirements: 26-15% Lift/Carry, Push/Pull (Average weight), Reach Overhead, Climb, Squat/Bend/Kneel, Sit, Stand, Walk/Move About.
