About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which you practice
  • A current Health Certificate
  • A current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • A current BLS card
  • At least one year of prior RN experience (preferred)
