Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Path Engineering. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a quality assurance/control program that ensures the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assemblies and components to identify and address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that quality control procedures are followed and that any quality issues are promptly addressed.
  • Use ERP software to track and document quality control data and assist in process development to improve product quality.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team, quality control team, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance goals are met.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in QA/QC Management.
  • Experience in document creation and control.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and using ERP and Quality Control Software.
