Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality leadership to ensure effective quality management systems are in place.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to quality personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and implement changes as necessary to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or quality assurance, plus 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001 and GMP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
