Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you will play a critical role in supporting our local Sales Relationship Managers (SRMs) in accessing the tools and resources needed to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Enablement team in managing licenses and access to enterprise-wide technology.
  • Administer all tools and resources, including activation of new accounts, licenses, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a help desk to address access needs and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Test and/or vet new technologies and applications to support sales enablement.
  • Create and scrub prospect lists.
  • Work with SRMs to gather data needed for acquisition onboarding efforts and data imports to our CRM system.
  • Assist with managing the roster for our Producer Subsidy Program (PSP).
  • Support the Sales Enablement team in overall initiatives and customer relationship management (CRM) processes.
Requirements

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales, administration, operations, or marketing support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products.
