Sales Operations Coordinator

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you will play a critical role in supporting our local Sales Relationship Managers (SRMs) in accessing the tools and resources needed to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Sales Enablement team in managing licenses and access to enterprise-wide technology.
- Administer all tools and resources, including activation of new accounts, licenses, and troubleshooting.
- Act as a help desk to address access needs and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Test and/or vet new technologies and applications to support sales enablement.
- Create and scrub prospect lists.
- Work with SRMs to gather data needed for acquisition onboarding efforts and data imports to our CRM system.
- Assist with managing the roster for our Producer Subsidy Program (PSP).
- Support the Sales Enablement team in overall initiatives and customer relationship management (CRM) processes.
- Familiarity with sales operations and CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, credible, and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Persistent, creative problem-solving skills.
- Competent and comfortable with technology.
- Excellent phone skills and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with proven initiative.
- Ability to work in a team environment that is cross-functional.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, administration, operations, or marketing support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products.
