Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Hanger Technician to join our team at Dee Zee. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for handling, hanging, and unloading parts on our overhead conveyor system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate hand truck to move parts around the production area
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Perform necessary testing to ensure parts meet quality standards
  • Clean and maintain the wash system
  • Fill out paperwork for quality standards
  • Stop production line if necessary to prevent shipment of nonconforming products
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent preferred
  • No prior experience necessary, but manufacturing and assembly experience a plus
  • Computer literacy required
Work Environment

Must be willing and able to work in an environment exposed to elements such as coolant, dust, mist, elevated noise, and uncontrolled temperatures.
