Job Summary:- Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitoring patients for therapeutic response and taking appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding.
- 1 year of recent acute care RN experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
- Current BLS required.
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
- BSN preferred.
- Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p.
- Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a.
- Salary: $27.72/hour.
