**Job Summary:**

As a Senior Clinical Program Manager - Behavioral Health Psychology, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and client caseload of a medium-sized group or program. This role involves making budget recommendations and conducting performance evaluations.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Makes budget recommendations
  • Conducts performance evaluations
  • Responsible for overall program design and operations within unit
  • Accountable for access outcomes; allocation of resources


Basic Qualifications:

Experience Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience under the direction of a licensed psychologist or board certified psychiatrist.

Education Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in clinical or counseling required from an accredited college or university.


National Provider Identifier required at hire Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations and APA standards as it related to client treatment, patient rights and client/patient confidentiality.
