Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager at Six Flags, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet design and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while minimizing disruptions to park operations.
- Manage and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management, including experience with capital construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
