Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Gaming Customer Liaison to join our team, responsible for creating and issuing Players' Club cards, promoting the program and related promotions, and maintaining customer information while ensuring the highest standards of data entry and guest relations.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit and identify new gaming customers on the casino floor, generating new business by signing up qualified guests for the Players' Club.
  • Assist with guest promotions on the casino floor and periodically attend to high-end guests at our Level X parking facility and at our Plum Lounge entrance.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Two (2) years casino guest service, telemarketing or retail sales experience required.
  • BASIC computer skills required, including the ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
