Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to pilots, crew, and passengers at our FBO location. This includes greeting customers, responding to inquiries, dispatching service requests, and performing various customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet pilots and passengers at the aircraft and in the FBO lobby
- Respond to in-person, telephone, and email inquiries from all customers
- Dispatch service requests in a professional and timely manner to all aircraft
- Perform daily customer service duties such as arrival and departure scheduling, hotel reservations, rental car reservations, catering orders, fuel orders, aircraft cleaning, etc.
- Be available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions or concerns
- Follow direction requiring specific attention to details and decision-making within established guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Work rotating shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact professionally with customers
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Must be able to pass Federal background screening and drug test

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
