The HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive year-long initiative designed to provide recent nursing graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a clinical setting.

- Structured Learning Experiences: Participants will engage in a series of learning experiences, including specialized training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training, simulations, and mentoring.
- Evidence-Based Practice Projects: Residents will participate in evidence-based practice projects to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Preceptorship Training: Participants will be paired with experienced nurses who will provide guidance and support throughout the residency program.

Qualifications

- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Participants must have an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse Certification: Participants must have a registered nurse license or graduate nurse certification.
- No Prior Experience Required: The program is designed for recent graduates with no prior experience.
