Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Manager, Incoming Quality Control to drive product and process improvements of our pioneering technology. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will develop quality processes and methodologies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure all material delivered to production lines conforms to design requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control plans and lead a team of technicians to perform regular inspections of incoming material.
- Establish and maintain a clean and organized work environment in the FF1 incoming material inspection area.
- Collaborate with Design/Manufacturing Engineering and Supplier Quality Engineering to determine product specifications and tolerances.
- Lead/assist in the identification and resolution of manufacturing and supplier quality issues.
- Monitor quality, determine root cause(s), and implement effective countermeasures.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities with Design/Manufacturing Engineering and external Suppliers.
- Analyze and disposition non-conforming material as a member of the Material Review Board (MRB).
- 10+ years of quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build an effective team.
- Deep understanding of engineering drawings and schematics, including proficiency with GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
- Structured problem-solving (8D) and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage, synthesize, interpret, and clearly communicate data.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
