Role Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead our day shift operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring timely completion of commitments, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your leadership skills, mentorship experience, and hands-on training expertise to drive a lean manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and drive production activities to ensure timely completion of production commitments
  • Coordinate with the production team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
  • Monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
  • Enforce safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to streamline workflow and resolve any operational challenges
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and enhance productivity
  • Facilitate shift transitions by leading process handoff sessions between shift overlaps
